Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please contact us to arrange the swap for a different product. If the new product costs more, you will be asked to pay the difference.
Exceptions and Additional Information
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for returns, unless the item is defective or damaged.
International Orders: For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the return process for international shipments.
